Shipping & Processing

Orders are shipped within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted within the listing. 

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are shipped within 1 business day after inventory is received, unless otherwise noted within the listing.

Expected release and arrival dates for pre-order items are estimates and may change due to publisher, distributor, or manufacturer delays. Any known expected release information will be provided in the product listing.

If a pre-order is significantly delayed, customers will be notified and given the option to continue waiting or cancel the affected item for a refund.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Packaging

Collectibles are packaged with condition and safe transit in mind. Comics are shipped using protective packaging appropriate for the items in the order.

Delivery

Delivery estimates provided by the shipping carrier begin after the order has been shipped and are separate from our processing time. Carrier delays after shipment are outside our direct control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and work with you toward a resolution.
